Using art and initiative to convert small abandoned spaces into functional and creative areas.
2025 The Shed.
Commissioned by Gloucester City Council Heritage Centre.
Remit: Decorate a shed for the Science festival in Cheltenham aiming to inspire the need to start growing plants, vegetables and fruit and to then install as a micro classroom at Kingsholm Primary School in Gloucester. Work with a small team who will build a vegetable garden around the shed at the festival. Re build for disabled access with additional door. 5K visitors visited the shed 60K the festival and planting area to great acclaim both at the festival and at the school. Impacts: inspiring visitors mostly school children at the festival. Inspiring children in the primary school to use their allotment area.
2023 Village flag
Commissioned by Parish Council. Working with the local primary school design a new flag reflecting the local area to be flown on the nearby village green. Pupils came up with drawn ideas to form one flag depicting the valley and triangular village green.
2021 Abandoned Bus Shelter conversion.
Artist initiative then Commissioned by the local village group. To provide a local library of free books for local use. Create a building pallet wall garden and mural based on the Eastcombe allotments. Library and use for recycling uwanted games etc has become the centre feature of the village with over 3 books per day going in and out of the facility. New multi entry rubbish bin placed alongside in 2025.







2019 Street Art Demonstration.
Commissioned by Art in the City Gloucester. To provide a focal point for the arts festival encouraging art and providing a large image painted over five days on Westgate Street. Image to then be placed in the Gloucester Marketing Offices.
